Leonia Municipal Court

The Leonia Municipal Court handles all traffic and parking violations that occur in the Borough of Leonia.  It also hears Leonia Borough Ordinances, disorderly and petty disorderly person’s offenses.  More serious offenses are initially processed by the Leonia Municipal Court and then turned over to the Bergen County Prosecutor Office in Hackensack.
